Video not appearing in your library
Make sure you’re signed in with the email address used when your video was delivered.
Signed into the wrong account
Sign out, then sign back in using the account connected to your concert video.
Video not playing
Close and reopen the app, then try playing the video again.
Poor internet connection
Check your Wi-Fi connection or restart your modem and TV.
App installation problems
Check your TV is connected to the internet and has enough available storage.
Audio and video out of sync
Stop casting and use the MediaZilla Smart TV app for more reliable playback.
